Why did I have to be one of the wussies that gets motion sickness in watching Cloverfield...

*runs to bathroom*

I mean, it's great but...

It's not the blood or all the other... well, this film wasn't gross, really, but the only thing I'm getting sick of the damn shaky camera movements. THAT'S HOW MUCH OF A WUSS I AM.

Guh, but still, this is an awesome movie.

"Could you turn on the night vision?"
"What? It's right here. Yeah. There. Yeah."
*Night vision flicks on*
"Oh..."
"What?"
"Run!"
"Hey man, what-"
"Okay run! RUN! JUST RUN! JUST START RUNNING NOW! START RUNNING NOW! RUN! RUN RUN RUN! RUN!"

"DIMS - Doom Induced Motion Sickness", the discovery of which could be credited to the gamers who played the Doom games way back when. Though, in this case, if would be CIMS. And for Portal, it could be PIMS. I could go on for a while.)

The subway tunnel scene was my favourite.

And I haven't seen Battlestar Galatica, but I did used to watch Arrested Development, which also used a lot of shaky camera.

Just not as much as this movie.

I haven't seen it yet. But I've heard from a lot of people it's really good. When I get nauseated from shaky movements I tend to drink or eat something and I feel better. XD

You aint the only one! I didn't barf...but I did get a headache or two >.<;;

It's just motion sickness. My most kick-arse teacher has motion sickness issues too.
