I'm sure you guys are all sick of my non-comic pictures (as evidenced by the lack of favs on all of them...) So I thought I'd whip this up, considering it's been floating around my head for a week.
No offense to anyone! Just that the first three episodes were kind of Jack/Gwen heavy then everything turns around and I just went "WTF."
And I know Jack/Ianto is cannon, but that makes even less sense to me than most slashes. I mean the whole fourth episode was about Ianto being pissed off at the team (ESPECIALLY JACK) and then for some reason they start S-ing instead. (Yeah, I'm immature. I can't say that stuff without blushing.)
I didn't draw Owen/Gwen cause I HATE OWEN so MUCH.
The thing about Torchwood is, as much as I love Jack, it is only just barely watchable (and only if you're doing it out of loyalty to Jack and DW)
The characters have no constant motivation. They seem to change completly from episode to episode. They are all so horribly incompatant that I wonder why Jack hasn't fired them all already.(except, maybe, Ianto) No one trusts eachother or deserves to be trusted. And most episodes just do nothing but disappoint.
And yet... I still watch it, holding out hope that it will get better.

I loved Torchwood and people it didn't fail. If it had it wouldn't be getting a second series. It did well. Regardless yes I was confused by this too... mind you I like Jack/Ianto (Janto) (sweet) but hated Gwen/Owen (Gowen? Gah, see that's a sign of a ship which is just wrong... you can't merge there names properly). I started out as a Jack/Gwen shipper and ended up as a anyone-but-Owen/Gwen shipper... I hate Owen. Poor Rhys! (I Rhys).
